Throughout the event, our dedicated Sitters will be there, ensuring the children are entertained, occupied, and, above all, safe. Our Nannies are flexible and attentive, stepping in whenever needed but also giving space when appropriate.
To make the experience even more comfortable for your little ones, we encourage you to bring along their favorite toys, books, or games, as these familiar items help them settle in happily. Additionally, please ensure that snacks, food, and drinks are readily available for both your children and the Sitters.
Our event care service presents the ideal answer to the common question, "Can we bring our kids?" The resounding "Yes!" is backed by our provision of qualified Sitters who offer onsite care, whether it's at your home for an intimate dinner party or at a grand wedding or business conference venue. We work closely with you to determine the appropriate set-up and number of caregivers required, while our team takes care of devising and executing fun and engaging activities for the little ones.

HOW IT WORKS EVENT /WEDDING CARE
Set a schedule for event over 20 children
Must book 3-4 weeks in advance.
1 - 50+ Children: We can even provide childcare for as little as 1 child to 50+.
Minimum 4 Hours Commitment: Event childcare must have a four-hour minimum commitment.
We diligently oversee all activities: Our Event childcare specialists carefully supervise both activities and caregivers, ensuring the well-being and enjoyment of our young guests, all while fostering a delightful atmosphere.
We handle Check in and out
No Peanuts will be provide on site!!
All packages include 4 hours of full service care and a variety of fun activities for ages 2 – 12. There are additional costs for babies (0 – 24 months).
We pay your sitters
Bookings canceled within 10 days of service time will still be charged for both booking fee & hourly.
We love to travel! First 60 miles on us, 0.60/mile thereafter.

There is a booking fee rates per child. Each of our little guests will have awesome items to take home after an evening of fun!
PACKAGES

All American Sitters provides fully vetted, CPR/First Aid certified professional sitters equipped to care for your children. We have cared for 200 children at just one event! A site visit will be conducted beforehand to ensure it meets our safety standards and we will work closely with your event team to ensure all needs are met.
