Welcome to the All American Sitters,LLC an nanny placement agency that searches for potential Nanny/Sitter candidates for families with childcare, senior care, pet care and specialized needs. Please review the following terms and conditions and release of liability pertain to All American Sitters placement services and must be read, understood and agreed to prior to engaging All American Sitters for nanny placement services. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Service. Families and Nannies also can find a copy of this on our website.

1. EMPLOYMENT STATUS, COMPENSATION AND TAXES

a. Nannies Are Not Employees or Contractors of All American Sitters. If you decide to hire a nanny through All American Sitters the nanny becomes your employee or independent contractor. All American Sitters is an agency that finds a suitable nanny for your home and does not employ or contract with the nannies who may become your household employee or contractor. Any employment issues will need to be discussed with your nanny and will not be managed or handled by All American Sitters.

b. Compensation. Because your nanny is your household employee/contractor, you will be responsible for paying your nanny directly. All American Sitters does not compensate nannies who are employed through your home.

c. Taxes. Neither federal, state, nor local income tax or payroll tax of any kind will be withheld or paid by All American Sitters on behalf of the nanny. You are responsible for paying income tax and other state and federal taxes.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

You desire to use All American Sitters as a nanny placement agency to find a potential nanny candidate for your childcare, senior care, pet care and specialized needs. All American Sitters nanny candidates are vetted and background checked by All American Sitters; however, you are responsible for interviewing and vetting nanny candidates and are responsible for the decision to hire or not hire nanny candidates provided to you by All American Sitters. All American Sitters makes no representations or warranties regarding the fitness or character of its nanny candidates.

You agree to this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk (the “Release”) and will not hold All American Sitters liable for any injury or damage to your child, senior, pet specialized or person, child, or property arising from or related to the nanny agency services or nanny candidates provided by All American Sitters. You agree to waive any and all claims that you have or may have in the future against All American Sitters, its officers, trustees, agents, contractors and employees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death. You are executing this Release on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, successors and assigns.

The following Terms of Use apply when you view or use the Service
